Shipping policy

You want your order fast, and we’re excited for you to get it!

We offer next day dispatch for all orders placed before 12pm AEDT Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 12pm AEDT on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We use a combination of Australia Post, StarTrack, and trusted courier services to ship our orders to you.

Shipping Rates

Our shipping policy is FREE Australia-wide standard shipping on all orders over $100.

An $15 flat rate is charged for all orders less than $100.

Tracking and Delivery

When ordering, please make sure to use current details. You will be sent an automated email with tracking information once your order is picked up and scanned in. If you haven't received an email, please contact support@theproteinclub.com.au with your name and order number.

Delivery times can also vary depending on location and size. Please see the guide below:

• QLD/NSW/ACT: 2-7 business days
• VIC/SA: 1-5 business days
• NT/TAS: 2-10 business days
• WA: 2-10 business days

International Shipping

We aren't shipping outside Australia at this point in time. If you are interested in purchasing from outside Australia, please contact us at support@theproteinclub.com.au.
